In this vibrant and lively summer, Useen Group welcomed more than 70 college students with dreams in July, including over 40 graduate students. They come from all over the country, with enthusiasm and infinite aspirations for the future, gathering at Shandong Useen Group to jointly embark on a new chapter in their careers.

  In order to help these newly employed college students adapt to the work environment faster, enhance their sense of identification and belonging to the company, and smoothly complete the role transition from "campus people" to "Useen people", the Group's H&R has carefully planned a four-day onboarding training activity. From picking up at the station, to training on corporate culture, company policies, safety, etc., to military training, expansion training, and barbecue karaoke parties, and finally holding a graduation ceremony, they are all helping them quickly integrate and improve themselves.
