In order to further deepen school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen employment guidance, and promote the integration of industry and education, on September 14, Associate Professor Zhao Ertuan of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Shandong University of Technology led more than 60 teachers and students in the casting direction to Shandong Useen Group for a visit and exchange.

    The Human Resources Department of Shandong Useen Group gave a warm reception and held discussions and on-site answers on many issues that college students were concerned about, including corporate culture, recruitment policies, talent training, and development space.
