In the process of enterprise development, the improvement of employees' professional skills is crucial. Nearly 600 employees from 14 trades including on-the-job maintenance workers, auto mechanics, electricians, forklift drivers, car drivers, cart drivers, shuttle bus drivers, shovel drivers, calciners, smelting blast furnace foremen, nano-technology technology department, foundry laboratory, casting smelting workers, and machining workers from various units of the group company participated in the competition.
