To continuously strengthen the workforce, hone professional skills, and inspire employees' enthusiasm for technical research and skill improvement, Shandong Useen Group organized its 14th Employee Skills Competition from November 6th to 25th, 2025. Nearly 600 on-the-job employees from various units within the group competed, covering 16 key job categories. The competition tested practical skills and strengthened theoretical foundations, injecting strong momentum into the company's high-quality development.

This skills competition was coordinated by the Group's Safety and Environmental Protection Department, which established a special working group to be fully responsible for the overall coordination and organization of the competition. To ensure the openness, fairness, and impartiality of the competition, the working group, in conjunction with relevant departments, formulated detailed competition rules and scoring standards based on the core principle of "learning what you do, being tested on what you do, and supplementing what you lack," combined with the actual work characteristics of each position.
